No. They open your link in a browser, type their name, and click Connect. No download, no account.
Which browser should everyone use?
Chrome or Edge give the best results on both ends. Keep the tab open during the session.
How good is the audio, really?
Up to 256 kbit/s Opus with constant-bitrate stability and optional redundancy, and sessions are captured as 48 kHz / 16-bit WAV. It's built to sound like a wire, not a phone call.
Can I record the session?
Yes — record any talent's feed to a clean 48 kHz WAV that downloads straight to your computer. Every take is also backed up automatically by a local recording on the talent's end, sent to you when you stop.
Can talent see the picture we're recording to?
Yes. Share your Pro Tools or DAW video window — or any camera/capture input (NDI, Blackmagic, even a webcam) — and it appears on every talent's screen instantly. Talent and clients can flip on their own webcam too, so everyone can be seen. Audio always keeps priority over the picture.
How many talent can join at once?
Up to four people plus you — remote VO talent recording and clients listening in to direct, each routable to their own output channel. One app instead of Zoom for the clients plus a separate patch for the talent.
What if a talent has a weak connection?
The per-talent optimizer finds the best stable bitrate, RED redundancy guards against packet loss, and a TURN relay gets through strict firewalls — with automatic reconnection.
